Sursham Tompkins were engaged to gain approval to convert a range of barns within a self-contained plot in a rural location into a mix of residential and office accommodation for a private client. The application process proved to be complex, involving thorough investigation of the drainage strategy, impact on existing trees, Rights of Way and highways issues to support the case for approval, which was achieved in March 2018 working alongside a Planning Consultant.
