The site of the Jolly Waterman had been previously converted and extended into offices. The Client decided that the site was not being maximised and so we were appointed to complete feasibility studies in January 2011 for conversion to residential.

The Client spent a few years assessing all of his options but after much consideration of the street scene and surrounding urban grain a combined scheme for conversion and new build to change the use of the site to residential was finally submitted for planning in July 2017 and was awarded an approval in September 2017.
