January 2019 Planning success in Raunds!
In collaboration with the Planning Consultants, Aitchison Raffety, we have successfully gained Outline Planning Approval for up to 10 dwellings on an infill site off Brick Kiln Road in Raunds.
The site is a former builder’s yard within the boundary of Raunds town envelope, which provides an ideal sustainable location for new housing development and brings the derelict site back into use.
In the neighbourhood plan, Raunds is recognised as being one of the most sustainable locations for new housing in the Local District and therefore a site for housing was welcomed at Planning Committee, despite the Town Council’s objections.
It took a year from project inception to gaining the permission at the end of last year. A great Christmas present for our Client!
