Sursham Tompkins are pleased to announce that the redevelopment of this former hunting lodge into four apartments has been nominated in the Regeneration and Rejuvenation category of the Celebrating Construction Awards East Midlands event to be held in May 2018. If Herne Lodge is chosen on the night, it will be entered in the national event in London later on in the year. The transformation of the derelict shell of the building formed part of ST’s work alongside Grace Homes in redeveloping a site for 26 new build dwellings at Ashton Road, Oundle.
