The Potion (Former White Hart), London

This project had three elements, the restoration of the ground floor façade, the conversion of the existing pub building and the development of unused land to the rear of the pub, with views to the Thames. The existing building façade had been substantially altered without conservation area consent. Sursham Tompkins were commissioned to produce drawings for the restoration of the building frontage back to its former glory, alongside a scheme to convert the building to residential use.  A standalone scheme was also developed to bring a significant area of unused land to the rear of the building into residential use. The planning approved proposal was designed to be sensitive to the local architectural form, massing and detailing of the surrounding conservation area.
