Music Classrooms, Wrenn School

A dedicated music teaching block was required by the school to improve provision, but with a potentially sensitive site location close to the site boundary.  A high level of mass coupled with specialist glazing specification enabled the building to avoid sound intrusion into the adjoining gardens, and between classrooms & practice rooms, all designed in liaison with an acoustician.  The elevational appearance was designed to sit comfortably with the imposing school façade.
