Midland Forklifts, Burton Latimer

Midland Forklifts relocated to a purpose made industrial unit with associated single storey brick-built offices.  The steel portal framed building was designed to incorporate the unique requirements of maintaining fork lift equipment.  Used oil boilers were incorporated to re-cycle waste oil removed from the forklifts so that heating costs were minimal.  The external concrete areas incorporate charging bays and wash down facilities.  The site is part of the Bennie Group who also operate from the site.
