Sursham Tompkins were commissioned to produce feasibility studies for a selection of sites around Guernsey with a view to develop for leisure and retirement accommodation. An assisted living development was designed, with undercroft parking to maximise use of space. Also, a joint venture with a hotel to diversify their offering of holiday lodges and beach huts.
