Barringers Court Irchester

As part of a fundamental change to self-contained accommodation, Wellingborough Homes engaged Sursham Tompkins to re-model and refresh an existing two storey sheltered accommodation building into 27 apartments with their own kitchen and bathroom facilities.  This included a complete refit to the heating and lighting systems, the addition of bay windows to improve outlook, through-coloured render and trespa cladding, fenestration, new communal lounge area and external hard & soft landscaping.
